Preventions

The P3R unit pays particular attention to the well-being of its teams and animals.

We are committed to gender equality in the field and in the office. As of 01/2025, 35% of our workforce is made up of women, and this figure is rising. We make our employees aware of the health, physical and chemical risks associated with working in experimental units, and provide them with appropriate protective equipment.

The Unit was involved in welcoming a disabled teenager as part of the Duoday program. This enabled our trainee to learn about the world of agriculture, and the P3R teams to become more aware of people with disabilities.
