We are committed to gender equality in the field and in the office. As of 01/2025, 35% of our workforce is made up of women. We make our employees aware of the health, physical and chemical risks associated with working in experimental units, and provide them with appropriate protective equipment.

We are committed to animal welfare and take great care in raising our animals. The P3R teams are actively seeking to test and implement new ways of enriching the environment: rotating brushes and climbing tables for goats, and chewing discs and scratching mats for sheep and goats.

The P3R unit has been ISO 14001 certified since March 2023, thanks to its environmental commitment.

Environmental protection is also at the heart of our considerations. Since 2019, we have implemented an EMS (Environmental Management System), to improve P3R's environmental management and performance. This EMS enables us to gain a better understanding of the environmental consequences of our Unit's activities, to ensure compliance with regulations, and to reduce environmental impacts and prevent pollution.
